We must keep on Swimming
In just over 7 days we went from 3 busy brick and mortar gyms serving over 400 clients in many different ways, to having nowhere to train members and people everywhere freaking out.
We're not gonna lie, we have had many a stressful day and night over the past few weeks, as have much of the UK (and world for sure) but luckily we begun to put things in place before the waves crashed over our heads.
It would have been easy to drown.
Not fight and swim back to the surface.
But who would that have helped?
Not us. Not our Team. Definitely not our members!
We are in a fortunate position of being able to deliver our service online. There are in-person businesses right now suffering because they do not have this luxury.
We do and we are driving on with this full speed!
And the NUMBER 1 reason is to serve our clients and support our Team.
Yes, we are all limited to social distancing, no indoor or outdoor fitness in groups, no social events....
... but our members need the structure of regular exercise taken by a Coach
They need the contact with other members and the Team within our member ViP group online.
They need the support that can be had by just firing a quick message to us, or by accessing resources we've created to help them navigate their nutrition during this time.
And likely you do too.
We spoke about the power and importance of structure the other day. Focussing on the simple things and doing them repeatedly.
Which is why we've probably worked harder than we ever have in such a short space of time to get systems up and running to support members remotely.
Live coached sessions via video conferencing, live fun workouts streamed into our member's facebook group, quizzes, teaching videos on diet and exercise, live DJ mix sets, and much more
That is the TUF community, moved from in gym to online in rapid time.
We won't slow down. There is no option to do so. People depend on us and we'll be there for them.
So if you're sat there struggling to tread water and hoping things will be better or just go back to normal overnight, why not take charge and be proactive?
If you've ever wanted to train with us and join but been too far away then there's never been a better time.
Rob.
