As body, mind & life transformation coaches, we believe strong health & fitness requires more than just a gym membership. That’s why there are a number of ways you can train with us at our Godmanchester, Alconbury Weald & St. Ives gyms.
However you train with us, our aim is to share everything we know about developing strong health & fitness, and to motivate & instruct you to feel proud of your physical achievements.
T.U.F Conditioning Sessions
Our staple total body fitness sessions. Over 30 group training sessions held every week. Improving your cardiovascular fitness, building strength and body shape change. Achieved through using weights and higher intensity interval training

T.U.F Barbell Club
Our ultimate accountability ‘TUF Transformation’ program. 12 weeks, 4 conditional sessions per week, plus nutritional guidance and weekly accountability check-ins.
Utilising a number of training methods, such as cross-training, Barbell weight lifting and TUF Conditioning elements. Helping you drop body fat, increase lean muscle size and definition. Ramping up your strength levels and totally transforming your body.

Open Gym Membership
6am - 9pm, 7 days a week. Key fob access allows you gym access to train how you like. From £30 per month.
Done-for-you, app-based programs to follow are available in addition to membership.
