If you are not local to our Gyms or have your own gym access you can still receive amazing coaching via one of our 2 options allowing us to train you remotely.

+ TUF ONLINE

Our base level membership doesn’t mean basic. With this, not only do you get full access to our digital resource platform which has hundreds of recipe downloads, follow along workouts, exercise tutorials, meal plan systems, seminar recordings and more…

But also unlimited TUF Online zoom video workouts, coached live by our Personal Trainers most days of the week.

Joining our members Facebook group is also part of every membership and allows us to support everyone fully 7 days a week. If you are not on Facebook don’t worry, many members just create a ‘junk’ profile purely to access our members group and are not actually ‘on’ Facebook.

 

+ VRT (VIRTUAL RESISTANCE TRAINING)

VRT is what we call Online Personal Training. You get assigned a Personal Trainer who designs your specific resistance training programme and checks in with you regularly online via our coaching app and zoom video where necessary.

Your programme is designed around what equipment you have access to and of course, what goals you have in mind. VRT membership includes the TUF Online membership benefits too so there’s access to all the resources plus coached zoom group sessions during the week for extra training.

But what if you want the benefits of having Online Personal Training AND want to Train With Us in our small group Gym sessions?

For that we have our HYBRID MEMBERSHIP, effectively both VRT and Train With TUF combined, this could well be the most cost effective and powerful gym membership you’ve ever had.
