T.U.F GYMS
We have 2 TUF Gyms within Cambridgeshire which facilitate our small group training sessions and Personal Training (click the locations link at the foot of this page for gym addresses).
Our Gym based memberships include full access to our Online membership resources plus in person coached sessions as below.
+ TRAIN WITH TUF
Train in our TUF Conditioning sessions which are fully coached by our Team, involve full body exercises and are unique to TUF in their format. Each member has their own training square, our ‘TUF Pods’, which include individualised equipment such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, slam balls, resistance bands and Cardiovascular equipment like a rower, air bike or ski erg.
Plus, not only do you get full access to our digital resource platform which has hundreds of recipe downloads, follow along workouts, exercise tutorials, meal plan systems, seminar recordings and more…
Joining our members Facebook group is also part of every membership and allows us to support everyone fully 7 days a week. If you are not on Facebook don’t worry, many members just create a ‘junk’ profile purely to access our members group and are not actually ‘on’ Facebook.
+ TUF BARBELL CLUB
Barbell Club is our gym strength training programme. Join our timetabled Barbell sessions and be coached through your program on a small group basis as well as access TUF Conditioning sessions.
Barbell Club is the most comprehensive membership and is likened to Personal Training other than training in groups versus 1 to 1.
